I began my advertising career in Minneapolis on the account management side. But when I was introduced to production, I got the bug. I started in print production, incorporated art buying and digital production, then moved into broadcast production to become what I am today; a highly experienced, fully integrated producer. I've been an integrated producer before it was a “thing.” I have always held that a producer should be able to produce assets that work for all of the spaces and places that we connect with the world. I have always tried to put myself in situations that allowed me to exercise my production skills, while at the same time, challenged me to learn new skills. And now, one of my favorite things to do is to teach, mentor and lead other people in this sometimes crazy field. I love that production is truly a team sport--everyone is so engaged and excited about the journey. My strength is defining the goals and challenges of a job, then getting in there and putting the puzzle together. Working with creative people to achieve greatness is one of my favorite parts of the job. Through the years I have worked with some great clients: Chick-fil-A, The Home Depot, AMF, Taco Bell, Northwest Airlines, 3M, UnitedHealthcare, Susan G Komen, Taco Bueno, Texas Department of Tourism, Terminix, and Revlon.

I am a proud Minnesotan. And yes, I love the outdoors, even when the outdoors are an unfriendly sub-zero. I love hiking, biking, skiing, swimming and running. I also love to travel and have been all over the world. I have always thought that my love of outdoor sports and travel is the reason I love production—every new adventure is a new set of goals and challenges. I am known for my laugh, and my love of laughter. I always say that laughing is life.
